Alpha Taxis: Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Booking and Service

Confirmation: A booking is deemed accepted only when you receive a confirmation via app, SMS, or email.

Vehicle Type: We endeavor to provide the vehicle type requested; however, we reserve the right to upgrade the vehicle at no extra cost if the requested type is unavailable.

Right to Refuse: Drivers reserve the right to refuse carriage to any person who is thought to be under the influence of excessive alcohol/drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver or the vehicle.
2. Pricing and Payment

Quotations: All quotes are based on the shortest route unless specified. Changes to the route or additional stops requested by the passenger may result in additional charges.

Waiting Time: A grace period of [e.g., 5 or 10] minutes is allowed. Thereafter, waiting time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Fouling Charge: A minimum charge of £100 will be applied for any soiling of the vehicle that requires professional cleaning.
3. Cancellations

Notice Period: Cancellations made more than 60 mins before the scheduled pickup time will incur no charge.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the notice period or "no-shows" will be charged the full fare or a minimum call-out fee.
4. Passenger Responsibilities

Safety: Passengers are required by law to wear seatbelts at all times.

Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for providing and securing correct child seats.

Luggage: All luggage is carried at the passenger's risk. Alpha Taxis is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
5. Liability and Delays

Alpha Taxis will not be held liable for any loss (financial or otherwise) resulting from delays caused by traffic, road accidents, weather conditions, or mechanical failure.

We recommend that passengers allow extra time for airport transfers to account for unforeseen circumstances.
